A Journey Where Scent, Silence, and Time Speak to You

A Place That Listens to Your Senses
Would you like to embark on a journey where you feel the air, the aroma, the spirit of a brewery— not just with your mind, but with all five senses?

Here, time flows differently.
And when you stand in this quiet, centuries-old space, something that cannot be said in words may begin to gently open within you.

The delicate scent in the air,
the traces left by generations—
there is something here that cannot be simply “told,” but can only be felt.

Tastings become a kind of dialogue.
Experiences turn into memories.
This is not just a tour.
It is the gateway to where UMAI begins.

BOKURA
The Store Beside the Brewery

Right next to the brewery stands BOKURA,
a renovated 200-year-old earthen kura,
where you can take home flavors and objects that once touched your senses on this journey.

The space itself is a lingering echo of the brewery— rebuilt with beams and tools once used in the brewing process.
Surrounded by aged wood that has witnessed centuries, you can feel the quiet coexistence of past and future.
