Q. Can I use table rice (non-sake rice)?
A. Yes. We can brew with table rice.
However, for tokutei meisho-shu (e.g. junmai daiginjo), certain rice standards apply. Please consult with us.
Q. Can I participate in the brewing process?
A. Depending on health and safety conditions, visits and hands-on brewing experiences may be possible with advance coordination.
Q. What languages are supported?
A. Our primary language is Japanese, with some basic English available.
