Sake is born in our brewery and begins a quiet journey to someone’s table.
To make that journey as smooth and pleasant as possible, here is how we deliver your order.
📌 Important Notes Before Purchase
- Due to legal restrictions, alcoholic beverages cannot be sold to anyone under the age of 20.
- In accordance with anti-organized crime regulations and police guidelines, we do not accept orders placed under the name of criminal organizations or for delivery to such addresses.
🚚 Shipping Information
- Domestic Shipping Only: We currently only ship within Japan.
- Shipper: Orders will be shipped from ITO SHUZO Co., Ltd.
- If the Recipient Is Absent:
- The delivery company will leave a notice.
- If the parcel is not collected within the designated storage period, it will be returned to us.
- We will hold the parcel for an additional 7 days. If you contact us within that time, we will resend it upon payment of shipping and handling fees.
- If no contact is received within the holding period, the parcel will be discarded.
🎁 Wrapping, Noshi Paper & Custom Labels
- As an eco-conscious direct shop, we use simple packaging.
- Shipping labels may be applied directly to product boxes or outer wrapping.
- Noshi Paper:
- If not specified, we will provide a plain inner noshi.
- For outer noshi or special inscriptions, please contact us.
- Gift Bags & Special Wrapping:
- Gift bags are not included by default.
- For special requests, please inquire in advance.
- Custom Labels / Name Personalization:
- We offer custom sake labels for one-of-a-kind gifts.
- Online ordering for custom labels is currently under development.
- Please contact us directly for inquiries.

Note: Orders using bank transfer or convenience store payment must be completed within 5 days. If not, the order will be automatically canceled.

🧾 Receipts
- Credit card statements and payment confirmations from your provider serve as official receipts.
- If you require an official receipt issued by our company, please request it via the inquiry form.
- Receipts are included with the shipment. For payments via bank transfer or convenience store, we issue receipts only upon return of your payment slip, and handling fees may apply.
❌ Order Changes, Cancellations & Returns
Changes / Cancellations (Email / Phone / Fax Orders)
- Changes involving a different payment amount cannot be accepted after payment.
- You may request updates to shipping address or noshi details.
Changes / Cancellations (Online Shop)
- To change part of your order, please cancel the full order and reorder.
- Changes to custom text (e.g., noshi inscription) can be requested via the contact form.
Order Cancellations
- Cancellations are accepted only for full orders, not partial items.
- Card / Mobile / Amazon Pay / PayPal: Cancellation possible before shipment only.
- Note: Customized items (e.g., with names) may not be cancelable after ordering.
- Bank Transfer / Convenience Store: No cancellations after payment.
- If no payment is made within 5 days, the order will be automatically canceled.
Returns / Exchanges
- Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after delivery, except in the following case:
- The item delivered is different from what was ordered.
- In such cases, please contact us within 8 days of delivery.
- Returns due to customer convenience (e.g., wrong size, changed mind) are not accepted.
🧾 Tax
- All product prices are listed as tax-inclusive (“including tax”).
- In accordance with the 2019 consumption tax law amendment:
- General products: 10% tax included
- Food and beverages (excluding alcohol and medicines): 8% reduced tax rate applies
