Commemorative Sake Brewed with Your Own Rice

Craft a one-of-a-kind bottle that captures your story—from your own field to the glass.

“I want to turn the rice from this very field into a special sake.”
“I want to bottle the spirit of our community into something we can share.”

At ITO SHUZO, we help bring those dreams to life.

Let’s craft a one-of-a-kind sake using the rice you grew—with care, meaning, and a story worth savoring.

Plan Features – Sake Brewed with Your Own Rice

✔ Brewed from the rice you grow
We use your personally harvested rice—whether grown by a family, a local organization, or a school—to create a one-of-a-kind sake full of meaning.

✔ Ideal for commemorations and local branding
Perfect for community milestones, school anniversaries, or launching a regional sake product.

✔ Customizable label, bottle, and box
Design your own label, from commemorative messages to photos and family crests.

✔ Small-batch friendly
Typical batch size starts from approx. 100 bottles (720ml), depending on rice polish and brewing specs.

✔ Choice of final format
In addition to standard pasteurized sake, options like genshu (undiluted) or nama genshu (unpasteurized) are available (subject to conditions).
